In this role, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for 2002 as the best supporting female Actor. She reprised the part on the Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009). She is also known for her role as the lead in the 1980s films Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's.
